Debt Collection Intrum Web -Service Renewal
Most of our debt collection customers manage all daily communication and document sharing related to debt collection service through the Intrum Web service. We have developed a new version of the service based on customer feedback and are introducing new functionalities for our clients.
With the new Intrum Web, all communication related to debt collection service will be handled through the web service instead of phone or email. This change allows us to communicate more promptly, strengthen operational communication security, and protect customer data more effectively.
In addition to user-friendliness and easy navigation, the new Intrum Web includes requested features:
- Seamless and secure communication channel: All company-specific communication happens in one place and is accessible to all relevant parties.
- Updated reporting module: Create desired reports flexibly.
- Comprehensive case view: Offers a better overall picture of the debt collection case and its events.
- Two-step login: Enhances security.
- Built-in wiki library: Improves usability.
How to prepare for the new service?
- Update your company’s current Intrum Web user accounts. Manage user accounts and remove inactive users via the “Colleagues” page.
- Follow Intrum’s announcements: Users will be informed in the current Intrum Web, newsletters, and separate email notifications.
The development of Intrum Web for Invoice Forwarding-, Accounts Receivable- and Credit Information Services will continue in the current portals. The renewal of the Intrum Web for Debt Collection services will not affect the use of these services.
