The launch of the new Intrum Web is approaching
The updated version of Intrum Web will be rolled out to our client customers in phases during spring and autumn 2026. We recommend following our upcoming communications closely, as we will share more detailed information about the rollout schedule via email and in the News section of the current Intrum Web.
Most of our debt collection customers already manage their daily communication and document sharing through Intrum Web. The new version has been developed based on customer feedback and introduces several new features.
Once implemented, all debt collection–related matters will be handled exclusively through Intrum Web rather than email. This will ensure more up-to-date communication, improved security, and enhanced protection of customer data.
Key features of the new Intrum Web
In addition to improved usability and navigation, the new Intrum Web includes:
- Centralised and secure communication: All company-specific communication is stored in one place and accessible to relevant users.
- Enhanced reporting module: Create customised reports with greater flexibility.
- Comprehensive case view: Access a clearer overview of each case and its history.
- Two-step authentication: Strengthens login security.
- Built-in knowledge library: Improves usability and access to guidance.
To ensure a smooth transition, please:
- Review and update user accounts: Create new accounts for colleagues or deactivate those no longer needed.
- Verify email addresses: In the new system, email addresses will be used as usernames and must be valid and up to date.
- Assign a responsible user: If your organisation has multiple users, appoint a responsible Intrum Web user and notify your Intrum contact. This person will manage user accounts going forward.
- Stay informed: Follow updates in Intrum Web, newsletters, and email notifications.
- Update your internal processes: Intrum Web will become the primary communication channel, so please adjust your company’s communication practices accordingly.
If you need further assistance, your debt collection contact person will be happy to help.
This update applies only to the Intrum Web service used by debt collection clients. Other services will remain unchanged. Invoice Forwarding, Accounts Receivable, and Credit Information Services will continue in their current portals. End customers will continue using the Oma Intrum online service as before.
